Application of an Administration Order Court Hearing

International Mining & Infrastructure Corporation plc, the Company focused on unlocking the value of iron ore in Africa, announces that further to the announcement on 7 March 2018, a court hearing is likely to be held in London on 16 April 2018 at which one of its creditors will seek the grant of an administration order under the Insolvency Act 1986 (the “Order”).

It is the Company’s present intention to oppose the grant of the Order.

Should creditors, shareholders and/or other stakeholders wish to support or oppose the Order, they are invited to contact the Company, in writing, before noon on Tuesday 3 April 2018, so that stakeholders’ views can be fed into the process.

Stakeholders may wish, in due course, to submit formal witness statements by noon on Tuesday 3 April 2018.

The Company is not in a position to provide any advice to any stakeholder as to whether to support or oppose the Order.
